1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "mt77" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the online betting and gaming service operated at the domain mt77.cam and its associated sub-domains.
• "User" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by mt77.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created by you on mt77, which enables access to the Platform's betting and gaming services.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — the identity and address verification process required by mt77 prior to enabling withdrawal functionality on a user's Account.
• "Funds" — any Rupiah (IDR) balance held in your Account, comprising deposits, winnings, and bonus amounts where applicable.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or cashback amount credited to your Account pursuant to a specific mt77 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum amount of betting turnover you must complete before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "RNG" — Random Number Generator, the certified software used to determine outcomes in casino and lottery-style games.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which accessing or using mt77's services is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of mt77's services is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied on a continuing basis:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Indonesian law prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. mt77 strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification. Any account discovered to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. Residency and Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing mt77 from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether the laws of your jurisdiction permit you to use online betting services. mt77 does not constitute legal advice, and accessing our Platform does not create any warranty or representation regarding the legality of online betting in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal incapacity, including those acting under guardianship or court-appointed administration, may not open an Account.
4. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different identity, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
5. Personal Use: Accounts must be operated by the registered account holder personally. You may not grant any third party access to your Account, and you may not use mt77 on behalf of any other person or as an agent, representative, or trustee of any other person.

3. Account Registration

To access mt77's betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during sign-up, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (matching your government-issued identification);
• Date of birth (you must be 21 or older);
• Valid email address;
• Active Indonesian mobile phone number;
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah, IDR);
• Secure account password of your choosing.

You undertake to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to notify mt77 promptly in the event that any information changes. mt77 reserves the right to request updated information or supporting documentation at any time.

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mt77 will treat all activity conducted from your Account as having been authorized by you unless you have notified us in writing that your Account security has been compromised.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact mt77 support immediately at [email protected]. mt77 will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorized use of your Account prior to notification.

3.2 Account Currency

All mt77 Accounts for Indonesian players are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in IDR. Display amounts on the Platform use standard Indonesian numeral formatting with dots as thousands separators (e.g., Rp 1.000.000).

4. KYC Verification

mt77 is required by its international gaming license to verify the identity of all users prior to processing withdrawal requests. This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, requires you to submit the following documents:

• Identity Document: A clear, legible photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk / KTP) showing your name, date of birth, and photograph;
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence (dated within the past three months) confirming your residential address;
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP next to your face to confirm you are the legitimate document holder.

KYC submissions are reviewed by our compliance team within 1-24 hours on business days. Weekends and Indonesian public holidays may extend processing time. You will receive email notification of verification status. If documents are rejected, we will communicate the specific deficiency and provide an opportunity to resubmit.

mt77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including enhanced due diligence materials for accounts with high transaction volumes or unusual betting patterns. Withdrawal requests cannot be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

mt77 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets). Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 20,000 for e-wallets and Rp 50,000 for bank transfers. mt77 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges for which mt77 accepts no liability.

Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. mt77 accepts no liability for delays caused by your payment provider's processing systems, network outages, or Indonesian banking system maintenance windows.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed only to the verified bank account or e-wallet registered under your mt77 Account. mt77 does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts, accounts held in a different name to the registered account holder, or payment methods not originally used for deposit (first-use pairing may apply).

Typical processing times are 15 minutes to 24 hours for bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri during Indonesian business hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB) and instant to 1 hour for e-wallet withdrawals. These are indicative timeframes only and mt77 does not guarantee processing within these windows. Withdrawals submitted outside business hours or on public holidays may experience extended processing.

mt77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals, amounts significantly exceeding typical deposit patterns, or withdrawals following account information changes. Such checks may extend processing time by up to 48 hours.

5.3 Currency and Exchange

All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). mt77 does not accept multi-currency accounts for Indonesian players. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the payment provider and may be subject to conversion fees not within mt77's control.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

mt77 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives from time to time ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your Account in a separate bonus balance and must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money;
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard Wagering Requirement for deposit bonuses is 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount;
• Bonuses expire if the Wagering Requirement is not met within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from the date of credit);
• mt77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a player's participation in any promotion at any time without prior notice if we suspect bonus abuse;
• Only one active bonus per Account is permitted at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

6.2 Prohibited Bonus Conduct

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of any bonus balance and may result in Account suspension:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once;
• Systematically betting on low-margin outcomes (e.g., placing offsetting bets on both sides of a market) to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk;
• Sharing bonus codes with persons not entitled to receive them;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets for wagering requirement purposes.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on mt77 are subject to the specific game rules or sports betting rules applicable to each product. These rules are available within the relevant game or sports section of the Platform. By placing any bet or wager, you confirm acceptance of the applicable rules.

7.1 Sports Betting

Sports bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, The FA for the English Premier League, UEFA for the Champions League, FIFA for World Cup events). mt77 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official result confirmation and to void bets where the integrity of an event is in question.

Asian Handicap, Over/Under, 1X2, Both Teams to Score, and other market types are governed by mt77's Sports Betting Rules. In the event of a match being suspended, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules for that market type.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes (slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live dealer, and other titles) are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently audited for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term statistical returns calculated over millions of game rounds and are not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.

7.3 Lottery Products

Togel (Toto Gelap) and other lottery products are based on draws conducted by independent international lottery pools (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau, and others). Draw results are published as-received from the relevant pool administrator. mt77 accepts no liability for errors or delays in the reporting of external draw results.

7.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a platform error, disconnection, or technical malfunction during a bet or gaming session, mt77 will investigate the incident and apply one of the following resolutions: (a) reinstatement of the game session to its last confirmed state; (b) settlement based on the last confirmed game state; or (c) void and full refund of the relevant bet. The decision of mt77's technical team is final in all cases of technical malfunction.

8. Responsible Gaming

mt77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help users maintain control of their gaming activity. The following tools are available to all registered users via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your Account. Options include 24-hour, 7-day, 30-day, 90-day, and permanent self-exclusion. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Reality Checks: Set timed session reminders that prompt you to review your gaming activity and consider whether to continue.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once your limit is reached, betting activity is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Time-Out: Take a short break from the Platform for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without formal self-exclusion.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mt77 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using mt77 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Accessing or attempting to access mt77 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool;
• Using automated software, artificial intelligence, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or live dealer games;
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing errors to place bets at incorrect odds;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or corruption of sporting events;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mt77 staff or other users;
• Registering or operating multiple Accounts;
• Allowing or facilitating access by minors (under 21) to your Account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the mt77 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and trademarks — is the proprietary property of mt77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any element of the Platform without mt77's prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to mt77 regarding the Platform may be used by mt77 freely and without obligation to you, including for product development and marketing purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mt77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect;
• Losses arising from reliance on any information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform;
• Service interruptions, data breaches, or security incidents caused by factors outside mt77's reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, internet outages, cyber-attacks, and acts of government;
• Losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and other payment partners.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, mt77's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of your Account balance at the time the claim arose.

12. Termination & Account Closure

12.1 Closure by You

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting mt77 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your verified payment method. Account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations you have to mt77, including unfulfilled wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by mt77

mt77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated time;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal activity;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so;
• Extended inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for more than 12 months may be closed).

Upon termination for breach, mt77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by the governing license conditions.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mt77 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized international arbitration institution. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this clause prevents mt77 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

14. Amendments to These Terms

mt77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email to the address on file and by a prominent notice on the Platform not less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

The version date displayed at the top of this page ("Last Updated") indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
